Can I return my order?
Yes β you can return your item(s) within 21 days of delivery for a refund, minus a $20 CAD production fee.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to begin the return process.
What are the return conditions?

Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

If returned without original packaging, a 5% fee will be deducted.

Items returned worn or damaged are not eligible for a refund.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

We highly recommend adding a tracking number to your return. We are not responsible for lost return packages. If a package is lost and cannot be tracked, no refund or exchange will be issued.
Which items are final sale?
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Earrings, for hygienic reasons

Sized items (e.g. bracelets or chain lengths)

Custom items

Do I have to accept delivery to return my order?
Yes β packages must be accepted before initiating a return.
Returns cannot be processed for refused deliveries.
What about customs fees for international orders?
We ship from Toronto, Canada. For all international shipments:

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.

These charges are determined by your country's customs office.

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, no refund will be issued.

If you'd like your order re-shipped, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
