RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return my order?

Yes — items may be returned within 21 days of delivery for a refund, minus a $20 CAD production fee. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to begin the return process.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn and in original packaging
  • If returned without original packaging, a 5% fee will be deducted
  • Worn or damaged items are not eligible for return
  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we are not responsible for lost return packages

Final Sale Items

  • The following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
  • Earrings (for hygienic reasons)
  • Sized items (e.g. bracelets, chain lengths)
  • Custom pieces
  • Sale items

Refused Deliveries

Returns cannot be processed for packages that are refused at delivery.
Please accept the package before initiating a return.
