Our jewelry is handmade in Toronto. We make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately, but due to screen differences and the handcrafted process, variations may occur.

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase an item subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or resale.

All purchases are for personal use only. Please review your order carefully—modifications or cancellations may not be possible once an order is placed.

Returns are handled in accordance with our Return Policy.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in CAD, unless otherwise noted. We may offer a currency converter for your convenience, but final charges will be made in CAD. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping, taxes, and any applicable duties are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. International customers (e.g., U.S.) are responsible for import duties.

You agree to provide valid, up-to-date billing and contact information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Toronto, Canada. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once a package is handed off to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including images, branding, product designs, copy, and layout—is owned by Standing O or its partners and protected under Canadian copyright and trademark law.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
