SHIPPING

• We offer free shipping in Canada.
• Order shipped to the U.S. will be sent via DHL.
• We now ship to select international countries in Europe, and Asia  — rates shown at checkout.
• Processing time: 2–4 business days.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

• U.S. Buyers - Duties are included in shipping price. You will not be charged additional fees upon receiving your oder.
• All other international buyers - duties and custom fees are not included in the shipping price. Your country may charge you at delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS

• We ship from Toronto, Canada.
• Buyers are responsible for customs duties or import fees, except for U.S. customers (duties are included in the shipping price).
• If a package is returned due to unpaid customs, no refund will be issued.
• Re-shipping is possible at the buyer’s expense.
