You can return your items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a $20CAD fee deducted for the initial production of the item. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery to begin the process. Please note that all earrings are final sale for the hygienic safety of all of our customers. Any items with sizing options are final sale (i.e. bracelets or chain lengths) Please ensure all items are returned unworn and in their original packaging. If items are returned without original packaging, a 5% fee will be deducted from the refund.
