The Florence bracelet pairs a sleek 14k gold-filled chain with a petite pear-shaped gemstone set in solid gold.

Choose from rich red garnet or luminous white topaz. Garnet brings a deep, bold touch of colour, while white topaz offers a clear, light-catching finish that works with everything.

Is this gold filled or solid gold?
Gold filled is not solid gold. It contains a genuine layer of 12kt or 14kt gold mechanically bonded to a base metal core and is designed to withstand regular wear much better than standard gold-plated jewelry. The Materials section above lists the exact composition of this piece, including any solid gold components where applicable.

Does this need a gold filled stamp to be genuine?
No. The absence of a gold filled stamp does not by itself mean a piece is not genuine gold filled. Standing O does not add a separate gold filled tag to every design because many pieces combine gold filled with pearls, gemstones, beads, leather, paracord or other materials, and a blanket mark could imply that the entire piece is made from one material.

Separate tags also add unnecessary production cost without changing the quality of the material itself. The exact materials in this piece are listed above, and Standing O sources its gold filled chain and components from established jewelry suppliers.

Is this a one of a kind piece?
Not necessarily. Most Standing O pieces are handmade to order rather than produced as one-of-a-kind designs. However, natural materials such as pearls, gemstones and beads can vary slightly in color, shape, markings and texture, so your piece may look slightly different from the product photos. These natural variations are part of its individual character rather than a flaw.

Is this piece good for sensitive skin?
Gold filled is often well tolerated by people with everyday skin sensitivities because the skin comes into contact primarily with a substantial layer of real gold rather than exposed base metal. However, sensitivities and metal allergies vary, so Standing O does not describe any jewelry material as universally hypoallergenic.

Can I wear this every day?
Most Standing O pieces are designed for regular wear, but care depends on the materials used in the design. To maximize longevity, remove jewelry before showering, swimming or exercising and limit direct exposure to chlorine, salt water, perfume, lotions and household chemicals.

Individual wear varies depending on skin chemistry, frequency of use and exposure to moisture and personal-care products.

How do I clean this piece?
Care depends on the materials in the design. Gold filled, gemstone and many beaded pieces can be cleaned gently with mild dish soap and warm water, then rinsed and dried completely.

For pieces containing leather or paracord, avoid soaking or submerging them in water. Wipe them gently with a dry or barely damp cloth instead.

Can I get a custom size?
Custom sizing is available for many Standing O necklaces, chains and bracelets, as well as select other designs. Availability depends on the piece, and some styles, including certain hoop earrings, cannot be resized.

Returns and Exchanges

You can return your items within 21 days of delivery for a refund, minus a $20CAD fee deducted for the initial production of the item. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to begin the process.

All earrings are final sale for the hygienic safety.
Any items with sizing options are final sale (i.e. bracelets or chain lengths)
Sale items are not eligible for refund.
Only unworn items in their original packaging are eligible for return. If items are returned without original packaging, a 5% fee will be deducted from the refund.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.
We highly recommend adding a tracking number to any return packages as our shop is not responsible for any packages that are lost during transit. If a package is lost in transit and cannot be tracked, no refund or exchange will be issued.
