You can return your items within 21 days of delivery for a refund, minus a $20CAD fee deducted for the initial production of the item. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to begin the process.
- All earrings are final sale for the hygienic safety.

- Sale items are not eligible for refund.
- Only unworn items in their original packaging are eligible for return. If items are returned without original packaging, a 5% fee will be deducted from the refund.

Are Standing O pieces handmade?
Every one, by founder Sofija Obradovic, in a small studio in Toronto's Ossington neighbourhood.
What materials does Standing O use?
12kt and 14kt gold filled, freshwater and baroque pearls, genuine gemstones, African trade beads, ceramic and glass beads, leather and paracord. Exact materials for this piece are listed above.
Is Standing O's beaded and colourful jewelry the same quality as the gold filled line?
Yes. Beaded and gemstone pieces get the same handmade attention, often combined with 12kt or 14kt gold filled findings. Colour isn't a lower tier here.
Can gold filled jewelry be worn every day?
Yes, that's what it's made for. Just give it a break before the pool, shower or gym.
