You can return your items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a $20CAD fee deducted for the initial production of the item. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to begin the process.
- All earrings are final sale for the hygienic safety.
- Any items with sizing options are final sale (i.e. bracelets or chain lengths)
- Sale items are not eligible for refund.
- Only unworn items in their original packaging are eligible for return. If items are returned without original packaging, a 5% fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- We highly recommend adding a tracking number to any return packages as our shop is not responsible for any packages that are lost during transit. If a package is lost in transit and cannot be tracked, no refund or exchange will be issued.
